G-Lock Email Processor

Processing emails manually can be a waste of time, especially if most emails are spam. Even with a modern mail client and the latest anti-spam measures, you can still lose precious time going through all your emails. G-Lock Email Processor can check all your emails for you. It can decide what messages to keep, download attachments and perform other automatic actions, based on a series of rules, which you can define and manage.

Downloading and installing the software should not take more than a minute and you won't have to reboot your computer. The software is free to try only for 3 days, but you will not encounter any kind of restrictions during this period. It works on all modern Windows platforms and it does not ask for top of the line hardware.

The main user interface consists of several panels, on which you can access different folders and manage their contents. You may create new rules or modify existing ones, define global variables, database connections and much more, in separate folders. Rules are displayed in a list and you may create one or more parameters for each rule, on a separate panel.

When creating a new rule, you can set the program to apply it before or after checking an email account or on every message. Once you create a rule, you can add and configure numerous components. For example, the software allows you to set up message filters, bounce processors, block or field extractors, CSV parsers and much more. You can also set the program to save attachments and emails and to insert your received contents into a database.

All components are configured on different windows. In all cases, you will find everything you need to configure a rule according to your own needs. The software can apply your rules on one or more email accounts. You can set up new email accounts on a different window, on which you have to make the usual configurations, for an IMAP or POP3 account. Alternatively, you can select a local folder, if you have another program that saves your emails on your hard drive. When your rules are ready and your accounts added, you can test your rules or start the program's service, by clicking the appropriate options, located on a ribbon menu.
